The Gonzales Bay house is a renovation and addition to a 1950's residence. A partial upper storey was added containing a study, which overlooks the living and dining areas, and a large roof deck, taking advantage of ocean views.

The main floor of the house was opened up to allow light to penetrate deep into the floor plan.

A low deck was added to integrate the inside space with the large sunny back yard.

​

New windows will be installed, and all surfaces, finishes, and fixtures will be updated, inside and out.
